Large Neighborhood Search (LNS) is a local search technique for iteratively finding better solutions to difficult optimization problems by destroying and rebuilding parts of previous solutions. The goal of this project is to implement an extensive and easily modifiable implementation of LNS. The framework can be used via CLI or as an API, and supports a large number of options to customize the search. For even finer control, a configuration encoding can be provided.
